You’re welcome to bring your pet’s favourite bed, toy, or blanket — anything that helps them feel at home. We provide clean bedding, bowls, and plenty of love! Please also bring their food (if you’d like them to stay on their usual diet) and vaccination records.

For the safety of all guests, dogs must have up-to-date C5 vaccinations, and cats require F3 vaccinations. Proof of vaccination is required before check-in — you can email or upload to booking ahead of time or bring it on the day.

We offer flexible drop-off and pick-up times during our open hours to suit busy schedules.

Monday to Friday

Morning 8am to 10am

Afternoon 4pm to 6 pm

Saturday - 8am to 10am

Sunday - 5pm to 6pm

Outside these times can organised by appointment.

You can book online to check availability and reserve your pet’s spot. We recommend booking early for holiday periods — we fill up fast, especially during school breaks and Christmas!

We don’t offer onsite tours, as the unfamiliar scents and sounds from visitors can sometimes unsettle our furry guests. Their comfort and calm environment are our top priorities.

Yes! We’re happy to provide updates and photos so you can see how your pet is doing. Whether you’re deployed, flying out, or just missing them, we’ll make sure you have peace of mind.

Absolutely, we understand that often it is convenient to drop off your furry mate while travelling to and from your destination with your caravan, like some of our clients travelling through from Sydney. We have separate entry and exit driveways that is large including 8m wide sections for parking for your convenience!
